Hey! I noticed you are based out of the UK. We are based out of the US and I absolutely love how well this product is put together. Still working one some setup but so far, so good!

One thing I did notice was that you have "Collection" offered as an option. Over in the US, that is definitely not a mainstream term and is guaranteed to confuse people.

Is there any way we could modify the application to allow an option to change this designation name? This might be beneficial to other regions as well!

Thanks! -Chris

Glad you love how TastyIgniter is put together. There's still a lot more to come Wink

TastyIgniter is easy to customize, its just missing a detailed documentation to guide, we're working on that and hopefully we will have it out soon before the 2.0 release.

Most of the text on TastyIgniter can be replaced and the language text "Collection" can easily be changed from the language files.

You'll have to do a Find + Replace.
Find the word "Collection" on all files in main/languages/english and extensions/, then replace with "Your desired term". That should change "Collection" on the store front only.

Hey guys,
I also noticed this term and thought it could be changed to suit different locations. How about replacing the term 'Collection' with 'Pick-up'. This term is really common and used in both the UK and the US.

I also think TastyIgniter is a really good system, and it is evident that a lot of work has gone into it. Cudos to the development team. Smile

Hey techgirl,

Thanks for the suggestion.
I did think of Pick-up as well as Dine-in but it seems Pick-up is more related.
More suggestions are welcome, else Collection will be replaced with Pick-up from version 2.0

I think It should be mandatory selection. When we leave at default sometime user won't pay attention? I have problem with Just Eat quite often. Just Eat has default as Pick-Up, most of the time customer want delivery not pickup.
