404 Page Not Found

Hello, I'm trying to figure out why tastyignitor seems to be minimally functional for me. For example when i click on 'register' at the menu i am led to a "404 page not found" error. There are many other aspects of the application that aren't working either. Does anyone know why this is?

Additional details: Server is running PHP 7.0 I don't know much about codeignitor but i know enough to say that the Register.php file is in the main/controllers/account directory. I haven't modified any files except a routing file so that i could access the menu page (the local module wasn't leading me anywhere).

Sam's tip is definiteley part of the puzzle. But my biggest roadblock was PHP 7.0. I had to completely remove PHP 7 & install the PHP 5.6 in order for my system to work. Good luck!

Agreed... v2.x doesn't support PHP version 7+

Thank you for the help. I figured out the problem was the RewriteBase in the .htaccess file. I had to include the tastyigniter folder.
