Install TastyIgniter dev 3.x

Looks like manually running composer install fixed the setup issue.

v3 is still under development hence its buggy.

Enable debug from .env or config/app.php to see errors. Feel free to suggest solutions or report issues on GitHub.

The main site won't load due to missing extensions.

Thanks. Enabled Debug mode - it's pointing to errors in the SQL DB. Looking at the SQL DB, there are no row's for any of the tables. I'm going to manually add row's to each table to see how it goes. tastyigniter/flame core library repo was updated.

Also, one issue I noticed is file permissions get messed up after composer dependencies are installed. To get around this, manually run 'composer install' after entering the database connection details.

Is anyone still having issues with the setup? I pushed some changes and I'd like to know if the issue is still present.

@tonydif123, Check and make sure your files and folders have the right owner/group.. Usually www-data

I'm not sure what else to suggest if you've already set the files permissions as 777 and confirmed the same user owns the files and is running the web server.

Hi ,

Firstly I have install TastyIgniter 2.1 and it works fine but didn't have the multi restaurant functionality. So I have decided to install TastyIgniter dev 3.x which have that functionality but the setup process keep failing at the end , this is my log:

No luck :(. Here is what i did: 1) Unzipped files to root {Using the latest zip from GitHub} 2) Ran the installer 3) Connected to SQL 4) Using Composer 4a) cd to the website root. 4b) Ran composer install >composer install 5) Completed the setup 6) Install completed :) 7) Loading the main site = Whoops, looks like something went wrong. 8) Loading the Admin page = Internal Server Error

Tried this on a live server & local server - Same error

Same problem as HelioN. Just tried from the Dev/3.0 GitHub Repo (https://github.com/tastyigniter/TastyIgniter/tree/dev/3.x), but same error. The files on GitHub have not been updated in 28 day's, so where are the updated files?

So we decided to go back to Tastyigniter 2.11 and then that did not work. But, after we set our server back to PHP 5.56 or so - 2.11 worked again.
