Failed installing TastyIgniter on 3 hosts

Yep. Cant set it up to work at all.

Spent hours try to get TastyIgniter working but failed.

First host is my local machine. Setup finished buy when searching for a postcode it always say "Error occurred, please check and try again." When adding a new location it also cannot fetch lat/lng. Google API has been set but no good.

Second is a 1&1 Linux host. When doing the setup, it always stuck on license screen. Clicked on Continue countless times it always License.

Third one is a Windows IIS+PHP+MySQL, shows 404 when click Continue on License screen.

Just bad luck?

Google maps api filled in already. .htaccess files no problem. Files permission is 777.

Tried 5.6, 7.0, 7.1 and 7.2, no good.
