Is it possible that when a customer places a order, the admin and the customer receive a sms message with the order info

Hi! You can try with Zapier. https://zapier.com/apps

This allows you to integrate apps together. For example, use Gmail and when you receive an email, connect the system with some sms apps (there are many) and forwards those emails.

That's an idea, I have not tested it!
