Error in the configuration of the database

Hello

I tried to do an automated installation with Softacolous but an error message came out. I did a manual installation and after running the installer I get this error message in the database configuration screen:

Database connection was unsuccessful, please make sure the database server, username and password is correct.

In the control panel of my hosting there is no option to create database user. Rather, there is a user created by default.

I would like you to please check what I am putting wrong:

Database Name: lmjr_23103784_tastyigniter
Hostname: elmejorhosting.online
Username: lmjr_23103784
Password: (The same as the cpanel)
Table Prefix: (I do not change it)

I tried to make several combinations of data entry but in all failed. Could you please help me? Thank you.

I've no more idea about Softacolous but you can get more help from existing tool from here: https://www.softaculous.com/apps/dbtools

The another simple way to do it is, import your local installation database dump to Softacolous and setup user credential that's it. This way will skip your setup steps because database dump[which taken from local] has already these things.

Thank you for responding but I have already solved the problem by simply renaming the database and trying to make new replacements.
