Delivery time wrong on emails (iPhone users)

It appears that if someone orders on an iPhone their estimated delivery time is completely wrong. Here is an example

Order time: 20:35pm Delivery time: 14:57p,

The only pattern i can see is they have used an iPhone.

Any ideas ?
