Hi folks! About a year ago, I paid Sam to get his help installing TastyIgniter on my LINUX server. We finally worked out the setup problems and I was able to get the application installed, but the delivery area (using google maps API) has never worked. I registered my credit card to use the maps service, but every time I choose a delivery order from the menu I setup, I get :" "Sorry but form validation has failed, please check for errors.

I have attempted several of the fixes described here in the forum, but it still will not allow me to place a delivery order. Can I please get some help on this? Thanks!
