Order checkout and confirmation do not match

There seems to be a bug when the system calculates the total price and displays the extras for each item in an order having extra toppings.

The order confirmation (including the email sent to admin and customer) duplicates the extras for the same items ordered.

Have you encountered this issue? if so is there a quick fix please?

There's no point spamming other threads to be heard, I've deleted your other posts. Reporting issues on GitHub is the way to go and I've responded to your issue requesting more details, hopefully, we can help resolve the issue.
