undefined index: country_id

Hello, I'm having some issues with a new installation at https://www.black-agnes.co.uk.

When checking-out a pick-up order, I receive the error undefined index country_id. This seems to happen regardless of payment method.

Please feel free to place order to replicate. Stripe is also in test mode.

Any help would be much appreciated.

This appears to be a bug. I've created an issue on GitHub Issue Tracker. The issue will be resolved before the next release update.
