I am testing v2.0.
If you place an order and go to checkout you are asked for your details, name and address etc. If you then select to pay by credit card there should be the facility to enter the card address if different from the delivery address. If someone is paying for the goods by card and they don't live and the delivery address the transaction won't be authorised.
If you look at other shopping carts it says something like, click here if the payment address is the same as the delivery address
(and the details are automatically entered). If not please enter the payment address details.
