petere I am also looking for this. Either a notification sound or a print function would work for us.

[deleted] @petere no. I know others have auto-print triggers set up on their email accounts which seems to work for them.
petere [deleted] Thanks that’s what I’ve done, though for some reason when I use a thermal printer it’s really small despite changing the mail template.
