Problem with banners

I create two banners and set them up with photo
In home page i set two banners 376×250 id=1 id=2
In frontpage in web view i see in two rows the id=1 banner only (repeting two times)
The photo is 376×250 but the row extends in all row with white cover
And in mobile view the photo is smaller than 376×250 and align to left
In featured items works fine in rows and columns 376×250 and align in center
And now if i create a new banner id=3 and set it up to frontpage as third banner i see in all three rows the same id=3 banner

Any idea?

Issue #2
If i set two images in a banner to show as carousel the result is two images in two rows and it doesn’t work like carousel.
