Ok- so this has just started....

Last week- this automation I had set up to send out emails when the status was changed (a workaround as system is still not sending out emails when orders are placed) worked fine- but now it is throwing up errors and I am so confused.

please help- we’ve gone live now and I have no idea what ive doneto stop it working

porlmatthews check your automation condition to see if there’s a mail template selected.

Hi Sam- yeah Ive checked and the mail template is selected

porlmatthews I’ve just tried with the demo site and it works fine. Click save on the condition and automation to make sure it’s saved properly, if the problem persists, delete and create a new automation rule.
