Hello - between hitting the “confirm” order and the receiving the checkout confirmation takes approximately 1 minute. Navigating to menu to building up the cart, and process of getting to the check out screen is very fast - only after pressing the confirm button takes ages. I’ve tried via mobile and takes roughly same time. Ideas?
