Hi, just curious if anyone else is having email spam problems? I’ve worked around it by filtering for restaurant notifications, but customer confirmation emails are also getting flagged (possibly because I’m running multiple tests to the same email). Any tips for a smoother notification setup? Considering redesigning to have push notification with sounds and “New order” tab in admin panel.
It depends on what your email set up is… we use a 3rd party sender and connect by SMTP so nothing gets flagged as spam.

Sorry for the late reply, appreciate it ! any suggestion for which SMTP service to use? and do you prefer gmail for incoming order notifications? I’m setting up a restaurant right now, and I’m debating whether or not to instruct the restaurant to take order information directly from TI admin, or have them bounce between gmail and TI admin panel.
andrew I would recommend to go with mailgun.com they have a very good SMTP service and is free up to 10K transactional emails.
I would suggest you use a tracking service like MailGun, Postmark or Amazon SES so you have visibility on the emails and can see any delivery issues should they arise.
Thanks Patrick, I’ve been using mailgun and happy so far!
