smpt not sending emails intermittently

All of a sudden the restaurant stopped getting email notifications (which is what we rely on for the alarm). The guy was nice but this is a pretty big problem. people calling angry they didn’t get their food. Anyone else have this issue?

That’s an SSL mismatch error on the sending side. You need to look into your DNS set up.

Hi Ryan - do you know what this one is…..Expected response code 354 but got code “503”, with message "503-All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: 503-501 : malformed address: => may not follow 503 Valid RCPT command must precede DATA

The symptom of this, is that the restaurant also doesn’t receive the order but the order shows on the website backend. I think I have narrowed it down to ‘when a user enters gibberish in the email field’ - is there a way to enforce some sort of data validation? Alternatively, if the system sent the email to the restaurant BEFORE the customer, this might also avoid this error
