Parse error after trying to install ti to root directory

Hi, I had previously installed ti on
Public_html/_silverbowl/silverbowl
And I needed to move all files to
Public_html/_silverbowl/. Moving didn’t work, so I tried a fresh install. Now everything doesn’t work due to the following :

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘class’ (T_CLASS), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or ‘{’ or ‘$’ in /home/silverbowl/public_html/SilverBowl/index.php on line 50

Not sure how to resolve this but any help will sure be appreciated.

My experience moving the code files to another folder did not end well. However, I tried to update the record in the _settings table for the site URL. Do you have a record called site_url? I command-line installed once and took the default for the site url prompt and did not seem to get that record in the settings table. I could not find a way to change the site_url value via the admin pages, you will have to use phpmyadmin.
