Pre Order toggles not working

The Pre Order toggles and times are not working. I have to set the open hours to include the time of day that I am testing my setup. Actual opening hours do not allow me to test my setup.

Additionally, I do want people to be able to order n days in advance. The fields are in the Location Opening Hours tab, but when set the way I operate my restaurant, they are not allowing pre-orders unless the restaurant hours are set to include the time the user is placing an online order.

This functionality works in 2.1.1. Is there something I am missing?

@roydeanjr is your restaurant accepting delivery order or only pick-up? Also is it possible for you to share a screenshot of the location settings.

Confirming this issue is definitely fixed in beta.23! Thank you, Sam!
