Delivery Time Interval

Within restaurant settings, there’s an option to set Delivery Time Interval - Set the minutes between each delivery order time available to your customer. Can someone kindly tell me what this does? Many thanks

Thanks for that @mlattke . But what is this option used for? Does it mean, if I set the interval to 10, means there’s a 10 minute wait before the next customer can place an order?

kiwiboy ohhh no no, that’s the time interval since the order was created and it’s available for pickup. But that doesn’t limit any other user to place a new order.

There is a pickup interval and pickup leadtime and a delivery interval and delivery leadtime. I understand the leadtime part for both pickup and delivery, it’s the interval I still don’t get. I’ve ran a few orders and can’t make heads or tails what its purpose is.
