I’m happy to say I have just released a printer extension for TastyIgniter to the market place. https://tastyigniter.com/marketplace/item/thoughtco-printer It supports USB (ESC/POS), IP/Network Printing (ESC/POS) and printing through the Epson ePOS network web service. You can add multiple printers per location, format the docket per printer, and can limit what is printed to each device by category selection. The caching issue was fixed in v3.0.4-beta.22 so the item will appear in the admin dashboard after purchase if you are using the latest version.

Thanks, the problem has been fixed, but the order total information is missing in the order receipt.

bima as in the info is blank or the variable remains in the print out? Might be easier to reach out on slack and we can debug.

Just a heads up that we updated the licensing model on the printer extension a couple of weeks ago - it will now be an annual purchase of $75/yr. If you’d already purchased at the old price we’ve given you free upgrades to v3.0.1, which provides you with the Printer facade and integrates with the Dine-in extension, but to receive any further versions/upgrades you would need to pay the annual price.

I have no ideo of why printer doesn’t want to connect. The other day it started printing like there is no tomorrow but now it doesn’t even connect and I am using TI printer proxy which points to printer ip.

urbanbor Feel free to reach out on discord. Your JS console should provide some errors, but its likely your settings are incorrect (printer IP changed maybe?)

Thank you Rya for fastest reply! Last time after I connected it with TI proxy it started continuously printing out orders. This time however I was pinging my printer and sometimes it was online but it was dropping so possible network problem also cuz it didn’t let me connect it was just saying idle. I know I changed the text encoding a while back tho way before it got me to connect it.

It depends on the codepage and character set you select in the printer settings. You need to choose a codepage with the characters you want and ensure that matches the character set too
