Cannot add/edit delivery areas

Hi- since updating my delivery areas have become non-responsive. All customers are getting ‘out of delivery area’ messages and when i try to click on the delivery areas to alter them or on the “add new area” button nothing happens - anybody else experienced this?

there’s nothing in the errorlog
