Update crash

Hi, so ive just applied the latest update and now everytime I try to send a booking confirmation email im getting the red-screen of doom- anyone else found this?

messages- any idea what they are about?

Update- customers are also getting errors when they try to make a reservation- getting the same error:
so guessing the issue is something to do with the reservations only- and i have a feeling this has appeared before?
