However, if I change the status of the order that provides for notification via email, this is sent.
I tried the mail settings and I’m ok, I also tried another email and ok, the test mail sent it and also the order status notification mail.
He does not send me the e-mail of a new order to the customer or to the restaurant.
what can i check?
