Is it really possible to run TastyIgniter on WAMP? No success after 1 week..

I am trying since 1 week now, and cannot setup and run TastyIgniter. Sorry for that because I wanted to support the project and wanted to be very active, but I cannot do it since I cannot even install it!! The info’s are not helping me. I receive always this weird server errorr..
I used the Wizard Setup. Every test passed but there is one Error on one test, it says:
Test connection to the installation server is required
Error message code: connection

What can I do? Anyone can help?

Try: php artisan igniter:update

Already done.. But I get always the message:
"Setup required, missing foundation files.
Please run composer install && php artisan igniter:install"

But I already didi it!! Many times already…

Yes, already done, like this

I run this command (and it seams to work, no error and nothing tosee on command windows..):
composer create-project tastyigniter/tastyigniter . –stability=beta
Then I run this command,
php artisan igniter:install

but I get the same error:
"Setup required, missing foundation files.
Please run composer install && php artisan igniter:install"
