SMS Messaging Not Sending

I have been trying to diagnose the sending issues with SMS Notify. Is anyone using this extension and successfully getting accurate messages from your installation?

My attempts have failed! The system will send a test message without fail. However, real messages have not been working since v1.0.2. I looked at my message history on my phone to verify and seems 1.0.2 was the released version at the time I received messages about new orders and status updates. v1.0.3 is the version that stopped sending messages about real events that happened on the website.

Can you recall a change that was made between those two versions that would have caused the extension to stop sending sms messages about what is happening on the site?

AND NOW it seems that email is not sending either!

Test email works. Test sms works. But neither email nor text works for real events happening on the site like new order, status changes, etc.

What changed?

roydeanjr Can you share a screenshot of your automation rule. Comparing the versions since v1.0.3, I don’t see anything that would affect sending SMS messages. I’d check to be sure the issue is not coming from the SMS channel…

I am not sure either. I tried to debug and had no luck finding the line in automation or sms-notify to set a breakpoint. No breakpoint I set stopped the execution of the code.

Do you know what line is triggered when the status of an order is changed in the Sales / Orders page?
