Admin panel -> System -> Updates, current version is at the top

You can search for the and time format in the language strings with this version Localisation -> Languages -> Your language Search for _format in Main and you should get the short and long date, time and date_time formats

Go to Localisation -> Languages -> Your language You want to edit the “moment” date/time formats, so search for date_time_format and you should get date_time_format, date_time_format_short, date_time_format_long, and you can amend the formats to be what you want. Have you added a google maps api key that has a billing account associated with it? Check the system logs for errors

Check your system log in the admin panel for any errors. People who have had this issue before havent added a credit card to their google api for billing.
