Customers as restaurant owners/location owners

Is it possible for Customers to maintain individual menus and other related settings. I mean customer as restaurant owners.

Yes. Admin panel users can be restricted to locations and the menu items and orders they see restricts to that location.

I know. Others have adapted the system to do that so it is possible without a huge amount of work.
