EPOS or back end ordering system?

I am not a programmer at all but how easy would it to create some sort of excel/access document that could link to your products on TI effectively creating an EPOS?

We want to use create a system when taking phone orders that is easy to use, has all out products from out TI website and then prints out the order, maybes even some sort of backend order system?
