Changing time format to 24 h in beta 3.x

I want to change to 24hours time format but can not find any settings.
The suggested configuration in EditTemplate > Layout > Local > LocalBox Component is missing.
What should I do ? Can i change it via code ?

In the latest beta we consolidated them all into Language strings to make it easier to change then universally.

search for date_format or time_format in the languages area of the admin. Anything with moment in front of it is in moment format and is for the front end side. Anything with php is php format and is for the back end / admin panel.

Thank you 🙂 If you have the same problem: go to languages > Edit > search for “time_format”.
On every field with prefix “moment” for example “system::lang.moment.time_format”
Rewrite the format string by removing a’s and exchanging little “h” with “H”.
e.g. “hh:mm a” to “HH:mm”

@ryanmitchell, Following these instructions, I can get them to change almost all places but not on the local info tab. All the “Opening”, “Delivery”, and “Pick Up” hours are showing with a 24-hour format (I’m doing it the other way… from 24H to 12h).

Is there any other place where I should look?
