Cannot Install Coupons Extension

Hi i am new at tastyigniter. I used command line installation then download orange theme and try to activate it. It happen but index page gives ‘Component “newsletter” is not registered.’ error. I search about it I suppose i need activate to FrontEnd extension but it requires cart extension which is needs Coupon extension.
The progress bar showed without any text.

Note: I can download other extensions

You could try installing it manually from the zip file available at the GitHub repo:
https://github.com/tastyigniter/ti-ext-coupons
