Check what error you have in your error log
It seems you're using the developer version, you should check to make sure you have all the files. In this case TI_url_helper.php is missing in system/tastyigniter/helpers
The file isn't missing? What version of TI are you using? Is the the master or develop?
The assets_url method was previously named image_url in v2 and renamed to assets_url after v2.
Open up this file /.....removed..../admin/controllers/Messages.php and paste what you have on 191.

Within marketing ->Messages i press compose and a message comes up saying the page isnt working http500
It worked before upgrading to V2 but this is the first time i have tried it.

I think it's v2 master.
