Hi,
I am getting an exception at checkout page:

The selected payment is invalid, please contact us

this is after updating the payregister extension to 1.4.1.

how can i fix that!?

I have set COD, Mobile and Stripe.
After getting the exception I have removed all of them, uninstalled payregister extension, clear the system cache. And reinstalled and enabled the extension. But same issue.

Did you try clearing your pay register partials on case that’s the cause?

yeah i have removed all blade.php from above, and only enabled the COD. but it is remains the same!!

Are the payment options selected on your location still valid? It may be worth reselecting them and saving the location.

I have unchecked the payments for the location and re enabled.but no changes!! still getting the same Exception!! 🙁

ryanmitchell @yoursantu try clearing your browser cache, seems the code is getting an invalid payment code from the session.. Also make sure you have a default payment method (Sales > Payments).

Something specific to your installation. I have verified that COD still works after updating. Verified that payregister is a 1.4.1 and entered a new order through completion and order confirmation page.

The SMS extension even worked!

Have you checked other payment methods instead of COD!?
for me no payment methods are working!! 🙁

Hi,
I have cleared the browser cache and also set default payment method to COD. after doing this now it is started working!! before that i have tried to clear browser cache, but it does not responded!!

if i cleared the whole browser cache, it my worked for once. on next attempt to checkout, above exception thrown again!!

I think the issue is to do with your default payment method - make sure your default is attached to the location

Thank you very much for the response.
After this issue, i have disabled all payments and i have only enabled COD. and i have enabled the payment method for the location (Currently Single Location Mode)
and i have checked this with fresh installation and different browsers, but experiencing the same issue!!

I have really stuck at this moment!! 🙁

Same issue here on a fresh install. Deleted all my payment methods and recreated them, and still have same error.

Have you cleared your session? The code comes from your session value.

You mean Browser Session or Laravel Session!?
And it happens specifically when add a item into cart and go to checkout, and remove item from checkout page and come back to menu page to add some other items or same previously added, (whatever) Now this will encounter when click checkout.
It will works again by clearing all session files manually at /storage/framework/sessions
I think the cart not update the Session previously created!!
This is really a problem when TI in production mode!!

I logged out of the Admin, then relogged back in and it works. (Im in Maint Mode)
