When I type composer update into the command line, I get the message:
"Composer could not find a composer.json file in D:\wamp64\www\chinese-sisters To initialize a project, please create a composer.json file as described in the https://getcomposer.org/ “Getting Started” section". What do I need to include in the composer.json file?
