printer issue

when I try to click on print button I got this issue
Call to undefined function mb_strcut()
in RegexHelper.php line 92

Have you installed php mb extension? Sounds like you need to.

I have commented out this function and it works and today I clicked on update and the whole website is becoming white blank page

As i said you need to install the php mbstring extension - its required by TI (the error actually has nothing to do with the printer extension).

I have installed php mb
it but the website in blank now where can I get the error logs
