Customer creation password not matching

Hi Guys,
I tried to create customer’s from admin dashboard. But I can’t able to create the customer’s because error throwing there is a mismatch in password and confirm password. I am sure that I am entering same passwords in both boxes.

I checked the request rules and it looks valid to me .

For me it’s not showing. From which page a customer will signup.
