jacampos42 it is just a standard multi location setup. For payments I bought the Stripe Multi Vendor add on and I also bought the Order Approver add on.
The Stripe multi vendor add on allows you to have payments flow directly to the restaurants with a configurable hold back / processing fee.
I unfortunately don’t have time to provide support to set up your own, but it is all done with the standard package. It took me about a month to get it configured with no previous experience on the platform.
