HELP: Update error

Hi everyone, I updated the site to the latest version and also updated the extensions: now nothing opens anymore and I am calling this error:
SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column ‘status’ in ‘where clause’ (SQL: select count(*) as aggregate from ti_extensions where status = ‘1’)
what should I do???

I closed and reopened the admin, I activated all the extensions, now when I launch the store I get this error:
Trying to get property ‘permalink’ of non-object
