Order Time slots
Probably the most timely thing of this thread is that I’m having some new problem with the time slots not disappearing instantly. A customer can order at a time slot, and it would still be displayed on the website. I thought this was a caching problem at first but for more than an hour the same time slot was showing, even though the time slot had been used and there is only 1 order per interval.
On another note, I’m not 100% sure but I thought that with the old time settings, the order time slots used to look at the relevant opening time, interval and also the lead time and would only show a slot if it was after the lead time.
Example the current time is 4pm and the delivery lead time is 60 minutes, the next time slot would be at 5pm due to the lead time. The new behaviour seems to ignore the lead time and just display the nearest slot (4.15pm in this example as the interval is 15 minutes).
Any info on how to do this? I just had to process a refund and couldn’t see anything obvious in the order overview anywhere.
On the order confirmed page (after checkout), the star ratings are not showing. - Is there any way to get a report specifically on how much has come through in tips?
- Does the “Total sales” widget in the admin area account for ‘refunded’ or cancelled orders
