Deployment

Hi, guys can anyone point me in the right direction regarding the deployment of tastyigniter.
Should I do a fresh install and then pull my .git repository on top?
Or is there a recommended way for proper deployment?

P.S. I have all the access I need to the server. Database and ssh, etc

You can do a fresh install on your local machine, push it to your git repo, and then pull your git repo on your production server.
