Do not work system log

Hello,
Am created a new site to develop some extension, but my System Log page can’t catch error message
and server error Log repeatedly raises this error

What PHP version are you using? Sounds like it needs to be upgraded to me.

TI Version 3.0.8
PHP Version 7.4
In my other site, work well with PHP 7.4, but is TI v3.0.7

Am read vendor/psr/log composer file, and noticed that is required with PHP8, I changed my php version and TI LOG System work
