Setup on Docker

I’ve been trying setup a docker enviroment with TI 3.0.8.
After the apache apache configuration with mod_rewrite, installation of all php extensions and mysql into the same docker compose I’m able to finally run the setup installation without any error.
Despite of that on admin general setting i got an 500 HTTP error and the storefront returns the same error.
I enabled the debug level in app/config/config.php but I still can’t see the logs in storage/logs.
I know I sort drop lots of problems in the some post but I hope that I can write an tutorial of how to run a docker setup of TI.

clifte Have you checked the .htaccess file configuration?

mlattke Yes, I did. I’m using the example.htaccess that is installed by quick installation guide. I renamed the file to .htaccess and uncomment the “Rewritebase /” as indicated by the guide.

clifte and URL in config.php as well? Sorry I haven’t had the opportunity to deploy in docker yet.

mlattke you mean config/app.php?
I’ve already update the following keys
‘url’ => env(‘APP_URL’, ‘http://HOSTNAME/’)
‘debug’ => (bool)env(‘APP_DEBUG’, TRUE),

HOSTNAME is a valid hostname

After install the composer version in the same docker the HTTP 500 error page still appears but this time with another look and feel. The logs are showing in System Logs tab indeed. Based on that I could verify that the exif php module wasn’t loaded.
