One weekly pick-up day?

I’m hoping to set a single pick-up day for all the items on our menu (they are heat-at-home meals).

So I want people to be able to order up until Tuesday and then collect on Thursday only. Is that possible?

Yes you can do this by setting:

Location -> Schedules -> Collection schedule to Thursday only

Location -> Settings
Allow Pre-order for Pick-up to yes, set it to something like 7 days in advance
And set a lead time of 2880 minutes (48 hours), which gets around your Tuesday to Thursday issue.
