reserve a table - double occupancy?

I have generated many reservation requests and target them at nearly the same day and time. I wanted to check the table priority. Looking at the list of reservations I noticed a double occupancy for one table. Could it be that a table with enough capacity can reserve by two different customers?

I noticed something similar the other day, where a table booked for say 4:30 pm could be booked at any time before 4:30 pm, regardless of the configured stay time. This should have been addressed in the most recent update. It prevents a table reserved for 4:30 pm from being booked between 4:01 pm and 5:00 pm when the stay time is 30 minutes.
