Admin with no admin-permission?

After a fresh install (via composer) I logged into the backend and see only the dashboard. No more navigation items. No settings, no restaurants, no sales and so on. If I clicked on one of the links to configure I get an error:

Access denied
Warning: You do not have the right permission to view this page,
please contact the system administrator.

Any hints, what I can do?

Can you check the forums before posting, this has been asked already.
Just set superadmin=1 in the users row… a fix has already been made in GitHub and will be in the next release.

ryanmitchell I’m sorry that you have to answer same question twice. And I thank you doing this again. I searched, but I assume I didnt choose the right search-string (caused in my poor english). So the results didnt help me.
Now, I’ll try your hint.
