is it possible to use mollie instead of Stripe?

diverd Yes all existing payment methods are supported. Stripe is only used for payouts if the feature is enabled, we are also working on implementing payouts via PayPal.

diverd That’s correct, you can allow vendors to provide their own mollie key or use a global mollie key for all vendors. If you do not want to charge commissions, you can still use Stripe; there is an option to deduct commissions at checkout and another option to pay out commissions through Stripe Connect, which requires the Stripe Connect extension.

$149 / site / year ? So, after 1 year, I can’t use it anymore ? OR I still can use this extension but I cannot get updates and supports ?

Do you have a demo for this extension? I have many questions about it. Can vendors access to their sale report? What information do you include in the sale report? and so many questions…To sum up, this is a really great extension but I don’t know the exactly features I would get if I bought it.

I have double checked the .env and locations is set to multiple.

I am logged in with super admin and also double checked the roles and it has cuisines enabled.

If i got to the url directly for cuisines i can add them there. But i cannot select the cuisines for the locations on the details tab. It just the no where on the dashboard does it show cuisines.

I have tried removing the extensions and downloading them again and activating them. Still no joy. Do you have any other suggestions.

I was testing out the front end restaurant sign up form. On there the person signing up can select the cuisines for their restaurant with no problem. Just I cannot do this is the admin panel.

I am confused about why the functionality to Create a Stripe Express account lies within my admin panel. Clicking this takes the browser to a page where from the verbiage is clear it’s meant to be filled out by the restaurant owner, not the marketplace owner/host. What crucial detail am I missing here?

Apologies for the delayed response. Commissions can be applied to all payment methods, but the payout process is only available with Stripe payments.

The Multi Vendor Stripe Connect extension is necessary for handling commission payouts but not required for collecting commissions from orders.

Stripe provides a comprehensive guide on the payout process. The extension supports both direct and destination charges. With direct charge, the connected account receives the payment and sends back the commission to your Stripe account. With destination charge, you receive the payment and then send the amount minus the commission to the connected account.

What issues are you facing with the extension? Do you have any error messages?

I recently purchased the extension but am having some difficulties.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

I added a Stripe account with Stripe Connect capability to Payregister. From what I understand, this should be the account that handles billing.
Under the Stripe Connect settings, I entered the Client ID from the same Stripe account I used for Payregister payments. (I did this because when I tried using a different account, I encountered issues during onboarding.)
I completed the Stripe Express setup and provided my bank details for payouts since I’m the service provider and should receive a commission.

However, I’m noticing that I only receive the 3% commission on credit card payments. I’m not receiving any commission from cash payments or other payment methods.

Where might the issue be? Did I set this up correctly?
Also, is it possible to use a different account for Payregister than the one linked with the Stripe Connect Client ID?

wwwebgainss At the moment stripe connect only works for stripe payments, for other payment methods commissions are only recorded for manual payout.

Also not sure how the cash payments commission will deposit into your account. This might be a manual process.

craftelstudios Yes, the commission rules are set for all payment methods. I’m using both the Multi Vendor and Multi Stripe extensions, and the commission setup is in place for both. The issue I’m facing is that I can’t view the processed commissions under TastyIgniter Admin > Vendor > Commissions (I see the comission rules is set up right). The only commissions I can see are those from Stripe payments, which are visible when I navigate to Location > Options > Stripe Express Account.
