SMS Order status

what order status values is available

I need to send SMS when new order is received to specific number
its not working

if i select order status attributes
“Status Name” “is” “Received”

and I get this error:
Error evaluating the status attribute condition: the status object is not found in the condition parameters.

Can you show screens of your automation setup and I’ll try to guide you through whats wrong?

Also, why not just use the order placed automation event?

As I said, try changing it to use the order placed event

i am using the order place event but with conditions

I dont think status is available on that event, which is why there is an issue. So remove the condition.

if use it without condition then with every status change an SMS will go out

No it wont, if you use the order placed event then it will only fire once when the initial order is made by the customer.
