How to install extensions while running in localhost

Hi there,
I was able to setup tasty igniter in localhost on ngnx. But when trying to add a carte key the application is not accepting it. There is no error but nothing happens.

So is there anyway we can add extensions manually without carte key?

You can download extension from github, and install to extension folder
