automations to chase review not working

Hi all,
i want to use automations to chase reviews from our customers.

i used
Order Hourly Schedule
i set conditions to
Order attribute
Hours since order delivery/collection time is 1

Actions
Compose a mail template
Send a message to a recipient
and selected
E-mail template
Review chase email to customer
sent to
Email of customer

But the emails are not send.

Could somebody help me?

I have the same issue, were you able to resolve this issue?

All the normal emails are sending fine, the status change emails are going through. Even the test email on review chase template goes through but the actual email from the automation doesn’t work after 24 hours.

Please let me know if anyone has a solution to this.

Is there any update on this issue? I also can’t seem to get this automation to work, or is there a workaround to send out the review chase mails manually for now?
