All Menu Options not displaying

Hello,

I created a menu option as follows:

Option Name: Entree Sides Display Type: Checkbox Priority: 5 Option Values:

with Plain Chips, 150.0000, 16 with Peri Peri Chips, 150.0000, 17 with Masala Chips, 150.0000, 18

I created a menu item to use this option list. I tested it as a customer from the front end. Every time I choose the item, it shows the menu option. When I pick an option, it doesnt update the cart. Instead I get an error as follows above the shopping cart:

Error occurred, please check and try again

I renamed the menu item from 1/4 chicken to qtr chicken and it worked. I'm guessing the "/" caused the error.
